Q. Does AD-PWR support a load-balanced environment?
A. No.
Q. Should I configure AD-PWR to use SSL?
A. AD-PWR must be configured to require SSL connections. If you do not do this user names and passwords will be sent across the network in clear text. HealthCast will not support an AD-PWR deployment without using SSL.
Q, Can ExactAccess use AD-PWR for password reset?
A. Yes, HealthCast's Enterprise SSO product, ExactAccess (XA), can be configured to launch AD-PWR when a user needs to reset their password.
Q. Can I use my Phone for password reset?
A. Yes. Browse to the URL configured for your site using the browser on your phone.
