Turning off the QwickACCESS Autostart Feature
This is the first action to be completed during the uninstall process.
Follow these steps to turn off the Autostart feature for QAX-IGEL.
In the IGEL UMS Console, locate the QwickACCESS profile under the Profiles directory. Double-click it to edit the configuration.
Click on System > Firmware Customization > Custom Application > QwickACCESS to pull up the settings for the QwickACCESS node.
Locate the Autostart setting and turn it off by unchecking the box beside it. Click on Apply and send to device.
Note
This action prevents the autostart of QwickACCESS when the device starts up after a reboot of the endpoint device.
In the Update time screen, click Now and click Ok.
Click Save.
The Autostart feature of QAX-IGEL is now turned off. Proceed to the next action to uninstall the solution.
