Q. While trying to enroll, when I enter my username and password, and click Continue, I'm immediately taken back to the same screen.

A. This will happen if the Account Operator account is not configured or not configured correctly. Please open the ADPWR configuration tool on the server and ensure that the account is configured correctly.

Q. AD-PWR page load time is slow after AD-PWR has been idle.

A. If the first AD-PWR page is slow to load after AD-PWR has been idle (no users have used the site) for 20 or more minutes, this indicates that IIS is automatically unloading AD-PWR after a period of inactivity. You can configure the ADPWR Auto-Start feature to override this behavior.
