Pre-Installation

To test and/or demonstrate how QA works for end users you will need:

  • QwickACCESS Client software

  • Supported proximity badge readers (one for each end-point device)*

  • Supported proximity badges (one for each user)*

  • One (or more) HP thin client supported end-point device with HP ThinPro or Smart Zero OS version 7.1

  • Windows Server-based system to host the ProxAuth Server software 

  • A Citrix, VMware, or Microsoft Windows Terminal Server/RDS environment. Before installing QwickACCESS, please ensure that your particular remote session environment (whether that is Citrix, View, or Microsoft) is working properly and that you can successfully connect to that environment using the HP ThinPro/Smart Zero end-point device(s). Please verify that your remote session environment(s) are working as expected without QwickACCESS installed prior to proceeding with installation.
