Solution Requirements
Organization Google Account with Chrome device management
Google Account for your organization (not a personal Google Account) with access to the Google Admin console and Chrome device management
receiver-whitelist-policy.txt file (available from HealthCast)
qwickaccess-for-chrome-policy.txt file (available from HealthCast)
Chrome Device
Chromebook, Chromebox, Chromebit, or Pixelbook devices are supported
Chrome OS, version 60 or greater
Each end-point device must be enrolled into Chrome device management
User and auto-launched Single App Kiosk endpoints are supported. Manually launched Single-App Kiosk and Public Session end-points are not supported.
QwickACCESS for Chrome Devices, latest version
Citrix Receiver for Chrome, version 2.6.0.4001 or greater
RFIDeas proximity card reader – one for each Chrome end-point device (must be purchased from HealthCast). Supported readers and firmware version: pcProx or pcProx Plus, with firmware version 9.7.3 or greater
125 kHz or 13.56 MHz proximity cards (compatible with required RFIDeas readers above) – one for each user
HealthCast Lynx Server
Can be a physical server or a virtual server
Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016
Must be joined to the Active Directory domain that contains the users that will use the solution
SSL certificate - if using QwickACCESS on Single-App Kiosk, then the certificate must be issued by a public certificate authority. For User mode end-points, the certificate can be issued by a public or internal authority (if issued by an internal authority, make sure the certificate has a valid Subject Alternative Name field). Note: QwickACCESS for Chrome Devices doesn't support Public Session Kiosk end-points
Microsoft .Net 4.61 or greater
HealthCast Lynx Server software, version 1.4.0 or greater, plus license key (available from HealthCast)
(OPTIONAL) Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2012/2014/2016/2017 (any edition) – can be installed on the same machine as the Lynx Server software, or on a different machine. Note: For enterprise deployments HealthCast recommends the use of a high-availability SQL Server environment. Therefore, for enterprise deployments you should choose an edition of SQL Server that supports high-availability
Citrix StoreFront
